GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Atmosphera SRL – CF / P.IVA 01090170257, with registered office in Pederobba, Via Feltrina 9C (“Atmosphera”) invites customers to read these general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) before proceeding with any purchase on the internet site www.piermartino.it (“Site”). The General Conditions regulate the contracts for the sale of products on the Site and the creation/use of a personal account (hereinafter “Account”). By making any purchase on the Site and/or proceeding with the creation of an Account, the customer (“Customer”) fully accepts the General Conditions. Atmosphera undertakes to comply with consumer protection legislation, including Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
- CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 By “online” sales contract we mean the distance contract, i.e. the legal transaction concerning movable goods and/or services stipulated between a supplier, Atmosphera, and a Customer in the context of an organized distance selling system by the supplier who, for this contract, uses the remote communication technology called “internet”.
1.2 The presentation of products on the Site does not constitute an offer to the public, but an invitation to the Customer to make an offer for the product, the so-called invitation to offer.
1.3 If the Customer wishes to purchase one or more products on the Site, he can add them to his virtual “cart” and complete the order by filling in the form in all its parts and proceeding with the payment of the indicated amount.
1.4 Before concluding the order, the Customer will view a summary page of the information relating to his purchase (purchased product/s, price, chosen payment method, delivery method, etc.).
1.5 By clicking on the “Confirm order and pay” button, the Customer will confirm and send the order, which will be considered as a purchase proposal from the Customer to Atmosphera, and will make the payment. Following the forwarding of the order and upon receipt of the same by Atmosphera, the Customer will receive a message via e-mail acknowledging the order (“Order Confirmation”), following which Atmosphera will verify the accuracy of the data transmitted, the payment of the price and the availability of the requested product.
1.6 Upon positive outcome of the checks pursuant to art. 1.5, Atmosphera will send the Customer an order confirmation e-mail which will constitute acceptance of the purchase proposal (“Payment Confirmation”). The sales contract will be considered concluded when the customer receives the payment confirmation communication.
1.7 Atmosphera will make every reasonable effort to indicate the availability of the products on the Site. However, it could happen that the requested product is not currently available (for example due to a sudden out of stock). Should such unavailability occur, Atmosphera undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible and to return any price paid for the unavailable product, including any shipping costs. Without prejudice to this refund, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that he will not be entitled to compensation or indemnity of any kind due to the unavailability of the product.
- LENSES
2.1 In the case of purchase of eyeglass frames, these are sold with non-corrective presentation lenses
2.2 Atmosphera cannot be held responsible for damages, claims, compensation of any type deriving from the consequent fitting of corrective lenses
- SALES PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
3.1 The price of the products on the Site is expressed in Euros and is inclusive of VAT, to the extent envisaged by the applicable legislation.
3.2 The selling price of the product will be the one shown on the site at the time of receipt of the order by Atmosphera, except as specified in art. 3.3. Any changes to the prices on the Site will not apply to orders already completed and forwarded to Atmosphera by clicking on the “Confirm order and pay” button. It is understood that the mere inclusion of the product in the “cart” does not guarantee that there will be no price changes.
3.3 Atmosphera reserves the right to verify the correctness of the product price upon receipt of the order. In fact, it may happen in exceptional cases that due to a mere technical error/mistake or other inconvenience, the Site shows a different price from the normal selling price. In this case, Atmosphera will contact the Customer to verify if he is interested in purchasing the product at the correct price, otherwise he will cancel the order.
3.4 Atmosphera reserves the right to apply discounts and promotions, the conditions of which will be indicated in detail on the Site. The discounts and promotions will be valid for a predetermined period of time and will only apply to orders already completed and forwarded to Atmosphera by clicking on the ” Confirm order and pay” within the expiry date of the discount or promotion. It is understood that the mere inclusion of the product in the “shopping cart” does not guarantee the application of the discount or promotion beyond the indicated deadline.
- ACCOUNTING AND TAX DOCUMENTATION
4.1 Atmosphera will issue the accounting and tax documentation connected to the purchase of the products on the Site on the basis of the data provided by the Customer when completing the form for each order or registering his personal account.
4.2 The Customer guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided for the purpose of issuing the accounting and tax documentation and assumes all responsibility for it.
- PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 Atmosphera offers the Customer the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
5.2 In case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made on the Customer’s card immediately after forwarding the order, i.e., after the customer has clicked on the “Confirm order and pay” button.
5.3 If the Customer chooses PayPal as the payment method, he will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to make the payment according to the terms and conditions agreed by the Customer with PayPal and PayPal procedures. The data entered on the PayPal site (as well as the data of the payment instrument linked to your PayPal account) will be processed solely by the latter, under its exclusive responsibility and on the basis of its privacy policy and will not be known or stored by Atmosphera. PayPal will only send Atmosphera confirmation or refusal of payment. In the event that a refund is required on the basis of these General Conditions, Atmosphera will arrange a crediting order to the Customer’s PayPal account. Once this order has been placed, Atmosphera cannot be held responsible for delays or omissions in re-crediting the amount to the Customer’s account or to the payment instrument linked to the Customer’s account, who must contact PayPal exclusively for any complaints.
- DELIVERY
6.1 When completing the order, the Customer can choose between two delivery methods: home delivery by express courier, or at a courier depot. Shipping by express courier is free.
6.2 The delivery times shown on the Site are merely indicative. In the event of a delay in delivery beyond the terms set out in the Order Confirmation, Atmosphera undertakes to notify the Customer who will have the right to terminate the contract, by means of a communication to be sent via the “Contact” form on the site. Failure to communicate the intention to terminate the Contract implies acceptance of receipt of the product after the deadline indicated in the Order Confirmation.
6.3 The Customer has the duty to check that the delivered product is intact and does not show any external breakage or tampering. If the product is not intact or has external cracks or tampering, the Customer is required not to accept the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, the Customer will not be able to raise objections regarding external defects visible at the time of delivery of the product.
- LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
7.1 If the Customer is a consumer, understood as a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity possibly provided pursuant to art. 3 co. 1 lit. a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer”), the same will benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
7.2 Pursuant to the legislation cited in art. 7.1, Atmosphera, as a seller, is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery of the product and which occurs within the term of two (2) years from the delivery itself or within the expiry date of the product, if less. The consumer forfeits the guarantee provided for by this art. 7 if you do not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered it.
7.3 A lack of conformity exists when the product purchased: (a) is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used; (b) does not conform to the description given by the seller and does not possess the qualities of the goods which the seller has presented to the consumer as a sample or model; (c) does not present the usual qualities and performance of a good of the same type that the Consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the good and also the statements made in advertising or on the labeling of that good; (d) it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase.
7.4 In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the product by repair or replacement in accordance with art. 130 paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, or an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract, in accordance with art. 130 paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
7.5 In the case of fitting corrective lenses, Atmosphera will not be responsible for any fitting of the lenses on the replacement frame under warranty or for damage caused by incorrect fitting
7.6 For all customers, even if they are not consumers, the guarantee will apply for defects in the thing sold which make it unsuitable for the use for which it is intended or appreciably reduce its value pursuant to articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code. Based on these provisions, the Customer is required to report any faults or defects in the product within eight (8) days of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture, and has the right, at his choice, to terminate the contract or to reduce the price.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL pursuant to articles 52 and following Legislative Decree 206/2005
8.1 The Consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days, under penalty of forfeiture, starting from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the courier responsible for delivering the product to the Consumer, but designated by the same Consumer for collection, acquires physical possession of the product to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reason, pursuant to articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
8.2 The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract using the “contact” form on the site or to the e-mail address customerservice@atmospheraitaly.it or by post addressed to Atmosphera Srl, via Feltrina 9C, Pederobba, TV31040, Italy; possibly using the model withdrawal form included in the package. Without prejudice to the possibility for the Consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal using the standard text referred to in Annex I of Legislative Decree 206/2005

8.3 The communication must be sent within fourteen (14) days starting from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the courier responsible for delivering the product to the Consumer, but designated by the same Consumer for collection, acquires physical possession of the product.
8.4 Atmosphera will send or deliver to the Consumer a communication on a durable medium confirming the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
8.5 The product must be returned intact, including any accessories, in the original packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered, with any warranty seals affixed by the manufacturer intact and must not show any breakage or tampering other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For the avoidance of doubt, it should be noted that the mounted lenses will not be replaced. The products indicated in art. are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, including goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
8.6 If the Consumer has made purchases that have given the right to receive other free products and/or to purchase other products at a lower price than that normally charged for their purchase on the Site, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal will be required to return all products purchased and/or received, without prejudice to the possibility of retaining them after debiting and paying the full price normally charged for their purchase on the Site. If the Consumer wishes to return all the products purchased, all must comply with the conditions pursuant to art. 8.5. If, on the other hand, you wish to proceed with a partial return, you must give adequate notice to Atmosphera when exercising the right of withdrawal.
8.7 The Consumer must return the product within fourteen (14) days from the communication of the intention to withdraw.
8.8 Atmosphera will refund the price paid by the Consumer, including any shipping costs, without delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day on which he is informed of his intention to withdraw from the contract. Atmosphera has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
8.9 Further information on the right of withdrawal and on the methods of return and refund are contained at the bottom of these General Conditions in the section “Information on the right of withdrawal”.
- TERMS OF USE OF THE ACCOUNT
9.1 The Customer can register on the Site and create his own Account in order to facilitate the purchase procedure, keep track of orders placed and memorize and keep updated certain information and personal data (e.g. his identification data and purchases made) necessary or useful for proceeding with the purchase. By creating an Account, the Customer accepts the conditions of use of the Account service pursuant to this art. 9, as well as the General Conditions. If the Customer does not agree with these conditions of use, it is requested not to proceed with the creation of the Account. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Atmosphera harmless from any liability, damage, cost (including reasonable costs for legal fees) of any type that may derive from Atmosphera from the incorrect use or use contrary to these conditions of the Account service.
9.2 The Account service may be unavailable or not work properly on certain devices or due to the technical characteristics of the system or network used by the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that their devices, systems or networks meet the technical characteristics necessary for the correct functioning of the Account. Any liability of Atmosphera is excluded for the failure of the Account for the causes indicated in this art. 9.2.
9.3 The Customer is not permitted to: (i) interfere or attempt to interfere in any way with the functionality or proper functioning of the Account; (ii) use or allow the use of the Account to send unsolicited communications (including so-called spamming) to third parties; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Account or any third party data stored or processed under the Account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Account or related systems or networks; (iv) attempt to probe, scan, penetrate or test the vulnerability of the Account, or to circumvent, circumvent or violate the security or authentication measures of the Account; (v) monitor any data or traffic on any network or system without the express permission of the system or network owner; (vi) use the Third Party Account without the owner’s authorization; (vii) collect or use email addresses or other identifiers without the consent of the identified person (including phishing, Internet scams, password theft, “spidering” etc.); (viii) engage in any conduct that may cause retaliation against the Atmosphera network or sites, or employees, officers or other agents of Atmosphera (including conduct that may pose a risk of Denial of Service-DoS attacks); (ix) use the Account to facilitate competition with Atmosphera, including by creating non-purchasing accounts and for “benchmarking” purposes not authorized by Atmosphera.
9.4 The Customer is responsible for the fraudulent and/or incorrect use of his Account and for the failure to keep and disclose the data necessary to access his Account and password for reasons attributable to the Customer. The Customer is responsible, within the limits of what is permitted by current legislation, for all the activities that will be carried out with his own Account. Atmosphera invites its Customers to diligently keep the access data to their account and to take all the measures and precautions necessary to ensure that the password remains secure and confidential.
9.5 Atmosphera invites Customers to carefully read the “Privacy Policy” https://www.piermartino.it/privacy-policy to understand how Atmosphera processes personal data for the purpose of creating and managing your personal account. The Customer can proceed at any time to cancel his Account or to modify the information and personal data entered therein. The Customer is responsible for the updating and accuracy of the information and personal data entered in his Account. Atmosphera cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind deriving from the cancellation by the Customer from his Account and/or from the modification or cancellation by the Customer of information or personal data present on the Account.
9.6 Atmosphera reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account in the event of fraudulent use or otherwise contrary to the Terms of Use and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
9.7 Atmosphera does not provide any guarantee to the Customer that the Account service will function continuously, without interruptions and without errors. Atmosphera, within the scope of its discretion, reserves the right to eliminate or make unavailable, even temporarily, certain features, parts or contents relating to the Account without the Customer having the right to compensation or indemnity of any kind (without prejudice to the possibility of exercising own rights as indicated in the Privacy Policy).
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 These General Conditions are subject to Italian law.
10.2 On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2013/524 of the Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, the European Commission “to extrajudicially resolve disputes arising from online purchase contracts for goods and services (Online Dispute Regulation)”, makes available to the Consumer a platform for online dispute resolution accessible at the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
- LIABILITY
11.1 The Customer is responsible for any violation of these General Conditions and undertakes to indemnify and hold Atmosphera harmless from any claim, even of third parties, for any reason, however having cause of the violation of these General Conditions and/or the violation of laws or administrative regulations or measures.
11.2 Atmosphera declines all responsibility for any damages deriving from the inaccessibility of the Site, from service interruptions, or from problems in any case connected to the network, to the providers, to the failure and/or defective functioning of the Customer’s electronic equipment.
- MODIFICATIONS AND VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
12.1 The General Conditions in force at the time the order is forwarded by the Customer will be applicable, unless the modifications to the General Conditions are imposed, retroactively, by current legislation; in which case they will also be applicable to orders previously placed.
12.2 Atmosphera reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time. The changes will be valid from the moment of their publication on the Site.
12.3 If any of the provisions of the General Conditions is invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, said invalidity, ineffectiveness or unenforceability will not affect the validity, effectiveness or applicability of the other provisions contained in the General Conditions.
12.4 These General Conditions can be consulted on the website.

13.1 The Site is aimed exclusively at adult customers. The products sold on the site can only be purchased by adult customers.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (articles 52 and following Legislative Decree 206/2005)
What is the Right of Withdrawal.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Right of Withdrawal”), without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Who has the Right of Withdrawal.
The Right of Withdrawal belongs to the consumer, understood as a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity possibly provided pursuant to art. 3 co. 1 lit. a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer”).
Terms for exercising the Right of Withdrawal.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days starting from the day on which the Consumer or a third party, other than the courier responsible for delivering the product to the Consumer, but designated by the same Consumer for collection, acquires physical possession of the product.
How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may send any explicit communication of the decision to withdraw from the contract to the email address customerservice@atmospheraitaly.it or, by ordinary mail, to Atmosphera S.r.l., Via Feltrina 9/C, Pederobba, TV31040, Italy; communicating the intention to withdraw from the contract. To this end, the consumer can use the standard form present in the package, but this is not mandatory. Without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal using the text in Annex I part B of the Consumer Code “I/we (*) hereby notify/notify the withdrawal from my/our (*) contract concluded for the purchase of the following goods/services (*)

Effects of withdrawal.
As a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer has the right to a refund of all payments made and the seller to the return of the product.
Product return.
The product must be returned intact, including any accessories, in the original packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered, with any warranty seals affixed by the manufacturer intact. Refund of Payments.
Atmosphera will refund the price paid by the Consumer, including any shipping costs, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which it is informed of the intention to withdraw from the contract.
Atmosphera has the right to withhold the refund until he has received the product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY (articles 128 and following Legislative Decree 206/2005)
What is the legal guarantee of conformity.
Ai sensi degli artt. 128 e seguenti del D. Lgs. 206/2005, Atmosphera, in qualità di venditore, è responsabile nei confronti del consumatore per qualsiasi difetto di conformità presente al momento della consegna del prodotto e che si manifesti entro il termine di due anni dalla consegna medesima o entro il termine di scadenza del prodotto, se inferiore (“Garanzia Legale”).
A chi spetta la Garanzia Legale.
The Legal Guarantee is up to the consumer, understood as a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity possibly provided pursuant to art. 3 co. 1 lit. a) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer”).
Terms of warranty.
The Consumer loses the Legal Guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within the peremptory term of two months from the date on which he discovered it. The complaint is not necessary if the seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or has concealed it.
Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within six months of delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the product or with the nature of the lack of conformity.
The action aimed at asserting the defects not fraudulently concealed by the seller is prescribed, in any case, within the term of twenty-six months from the delivery of the goods; the Consumer, who is agreed for the execution of the contract, can however always assert the rights referred to in art. 130, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, provided that the lack of conformity has been reported within two months of discovery and before the expiry of the term referred to in the previous period.
What is meant by lack of conformity.
A lack of conformity exists when the purchased product:
(a) it is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used;
(b) does not conform to the description given by the seller and does not possess the qualities of the goods that the seller has presented to the Consumer as a sample or model;
(c) does not present the usual qualities and performance of a good of the same type that the Consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the good and also the statements made in advertising or on the labeling of that good;
(d) it is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase.
There is no lack of conformity if, at the time of conclusion of the contract, the Consumer was aware of the defect and could not ignore it with ordinary diligence or if the lack of conformity derives from instructions or materials provided by the Consumer.
What are the remedies available to the Consumer.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the product by repair or replacement in accordance with art. 130 paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, or an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract, in accordance with art. 130 paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and in the cases provided for therein.
In particular, the Consumer can ask Atmosphera, at his choice, to repair the product or replace it, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy (repair or replacement) is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the other. Either remedy is to be considered excessively burdensome if it imposes unreasonable costs on the seller (including shipping, labor and material costs) in comparison with the other, taking into account: (a) the value that the good would it have if there was no lack of conformity; (b) the extent of the lack of conformity; (c) of the possibility that the alternative remedy can be carried out without significant inconvenience for the Consumer.
Instead of the remedy of replacement or repair, the Consumer may request an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract at his choice, only if one of the following situations occurs: (a) the repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive; (b) Atmosphera has not repaired or replaced the product within the reasonable period indicated in the following paragraph; (c) the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the Consumer.
In determining the amount of the reduction or the sum to be repaid, the use of the asset is taken into account.
It should be noted that a minor lack of conformity for which it was not possible or excessively burdensome to carry out the remedies of repair or replacement, does not give the right to terminate the contract.
What to do if a lack of conformity is found
In the event that the Consumer ascertains a lack of conformity, he must contact customer service on the toll-free number 800-282525 or via the “contact” form on the site or send a registered letter with return receipt to: Atmosphera S.r.l., via Feltrina 9C, Pederobba , TV3 1040, Italy.
The defective product will be collected at the Consumer’s home at the expense of Atmosphera for the appropriate checks and for any repair or replacement.
Following the withdrawal of the product, Atmosphera will arrange, depending on the remedy chosen by the Consumer, to have the repairs carried out or to replace the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the activation of the assistance under the Legal Guarantee.
Where the repair or replacement is impossible or excessively expensive or is not carried out by Atmosphera within the term indicated above or, in any case, in all the cases provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer may choose the reduction of the price as an alternative remedy. or termination of the contract.

What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs in Italy, the European Union, the USA, Canada and Mexico are free.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you registered your account when you placed your order, you can track your order in the “Orders” section of your account. If the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a link. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

How is the shipping process?
When the courier collects your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the order delivery date. Deliveries can only be made to private individuals. Under no circumstances may a package be deposited in a PO Box or anywhere else.
The courier will make three attempts to deliver to your address. If they are unable to deliver the package, they will leave a note informing you of an alternative collection point where you can collect your package during the next 10 days (from the first delivery attempt).
I have not received my order and the delivery date has passed
First, contact the courier, following the steps in the “How do I check the status of my order?” section. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the courier, please contact Pier Martino’s team at customerservice@atmospheraitaly.it, indicating your order number and your full name.
PURCHASE REFUND
What do I have to do to return a purchased product?
All Pier Martino returns are completely free, we take care of the collection and management of your product.
- Send the collection address by email to customerservice@atmosphereitaly.it and wait for our confirmation.
- Leave the item at the agreed place, on the agreed date.
The package must contain:
- The returned item
- Pier Martino packaging and accessories
- Return form (in case of loss, a copy can be requested from customerservice@atmospheraitaly.it)
Once we receive the item, we will check that it is in the same condition in which it was sent and that it contains all the elements described in the previous section. Once the check is complete, we will refund the full amount.
How soon can I return my purchase?
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive the amount within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank, via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
